At kralerhair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unused products within 30 days of delivery.

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
